1. Pre-sale description: After confirming the logo design draft, both parties determine the transaction price. After the customer pays, we start printing.

 

2. Customized instructions: The logo and text of the cup are provided by the custom-made party. After typesetting, our company will send back to the custom-made party to confirm that it is correct.

 

3. Time description: For cups with a quantity of less than 1,000 customized by customers, it takes about 3 days for the screen printing of the logo, and about 2 days for the laser printing of the logo.

 

4. logistics description: customers across the country choose logistics delivery. The logistics cost and time vary from place to place, and the freight is subject to the actual price charged by the logistics company. We will select a logistics company with cheap and reasonable freight for delivery. (Except for free shipping products) If you have special requirements for logistics, please contact customer service.

 

5. Picture description: All pictures are taken in kind, please rest assured to buy. Due to the different frequency of camera imaging or display, there may be a little color difference, which is normal and is not the same as expected and is not within the scope of replacement.

 

6. Sample description: In order to further reduce the loss in logo printing, customers with more stringent quality requirements can ask customer service to provide samples. If there is a logo on the sample, a certain amount of logo proofing must be paid, and the quality of the sample is confirmed to be correct after receipt After mass production.

 

7. The difference between the actual product and the finalized picture: Because the cup product is a cylindrical object, there may be a slight difference from the finalized picture during the customization process. If you really mind, please contact customer service to take a sample.

 

8. Receipt instructions: The logistics company has lost parts during transportation. When receiving the goods, please check the goods first (to see if the package is damaged and the quantity is correct) before signing. If there is a shortage, please refuse to sign and indicate the lack of goods on the parcel list. The package has traces of being opened. And please contact us immediately, we will handle it properly. If there is a problem after signing, please forgive us for nothing. Signing by others is also regarded as signing, and we hope that customers will understand!

 

IX. After-sales description: If the customer receives the product, if it is found that the quality problem is caused by the company, it will be replaced, and the freight will be borne by our company!
