To regulate the online market order of Zhejiang Feijian Xingtai Technology Co., Ltd. and prevent incidents such as price manipulation and counterfeiting that damage the Schmidt brand image.

This policy is hereby established for Schmidt online distributors to ensure order in the online marketplace.

  • Authorized Entity

    Dealers meeting review requirements (dealers evaluated by each major region and jointly reviewed by the Domestic Marketing Division and E-commerce Division).

Authorization Standards


1. Proven track record of successfully operating an online store or currently managing an active store;

2. Individual or corporate dealer with excellent credit standing and no adverse records;

3. Possess a competent operations team and customer service team to ensure service quality and market order for Schmidt products;

4. Demonstrate strong financial liquidity and dedicated operational capital;

5. Comply with all relevant channel management policies issued by the company;

6. Deposit a specified security deposit (refundable upon contract completion if no pricing or contractual violations occur during the cooperation period).

Obligations of Authorized Dealers


1. Obligation to maintain uniform product pricing. Authorized dealers must strictly adhere to the product pricing provided by Zhejiang Feijianxing Titanium Technology Co., Ltd. when selling goods and shall not alter prices without authorization.

2. Obligation to uphold the reputation of Zhejiang Feijian Xingtai Technology Co., Ltd. and Feijian Xingtai products. Authorized dealers must not engage in any actions that defame or damage the reputation of Feijian Xingtai products or Zhejiang Feijian Xingtai Technology Co., Ltd. during the course of business. Any such actions discovered will result in legal liability.

3. Obligation to meet specified sales targets. While operating Feijian Xingtai products, authorized dealers must meet the sales volume targets set by Zhejiang Feijian Xingtai Technology Co., Ltd. Failure to do so will result in the company's right to revoke the authorization.

4. Obligation to prohibit malicious cross-selling. Authorized dealers may only conduct sales activities within their authorized scope and designated regions. Cross-selling between dealers is strictly prohibited. Any violations discovered will result in penalties imposed on the relevant dealers in accordance with the Cross-Selling Management Regulations.
